  • For cancellations, please ensure all requests are submitted in writing via email to reservations@bookburton.com. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted via text message. We understand that plans may change, however, refunds are not provided for cancellations. Instead, a credit will be issued for cancellations of SUV or sedan transportation services received within 72 hours of the reservation.

  • Once your vehicle arrives, you will receive a text message with details on where to meet your chauffeur. All our vehicles have "BURTON" vanity plates, and our chauffeurs wear black uniforms, making them easy to identify.
